Best Futures Prop Firms for ATAS in 2026
Last updated August 29, 2026
The best prop firm for an ATAS trader is not automatically the biggest or cheapest firm. It must also provide a usable connection route, rules that leave enough room for normal drawdown, and a funded-stage cost structure that does not turn a cheap evaluation into an expensive account.
Our number-one choice is Apex Trader Funding. Its Rithmic route is well documented for ATAS, its evaluation rules are comparatively straightforward, and its frequently discounted pricing creates a strong price-to-performance ratio. MyFundedFutures and OneUp Trader are the strongest alternatives when direct ATAS connectivity and a low funded-account cost matter most.
Quick answer: Choose Apex for the best overall ATAS value, MyFundedFutures for a modern direct dxFeed connection with no activation fee, and OneUp Trader for a simple Rithmic setup with no funded-account activation fee.
Important: a “$50K account” is not $50,000 of risk capital. The account label is nominal simulated buying power. The practical risk budget is the maximum loss limit, which is commonly only $2,000 to $2,500 on a 50K program. That number—not the headline account size—determines how much room your strategy actually has.
Most “funded” accounts in this comparison start as simulated accounts that can pay real rewards. Some firms may later move consistently profitable traders to a live exchange account. Read each provider's current agreement before paying; a funded label does not by itself mean that every order is sent to an exchange.
How we ranked the prop firms
This is an ATAS-specific ranking, not a generic prop-firm popularity list. The editorial score uses five factors:
- ATAS connectivity (30%) — official direct guide, Rithmic/dxFeed route, execution limitations and MBO availability
- Evaluation and funded rules (25%) — drawdown method, daily loss limit, consistency, minimum days and payout restrictions
- Total cost (20%) — evaluation fee, recurring billing, resets, activation and funded-stage fees
- Payout and live path (15%) — reward split, payout timing, caps, buffer and potential live progression
- Community and maturity (10%) — published community signals, operating history, support footprint and transparency
Difficulty is an editorial assessment of the rules, not a promise of success. Markets remain difficult even when a challenge has easy rules.

Why Topstep ranks lower here than in general prop-firm comparisons
Topstep is one of the largest and most mature futures funding brands in this list. It ranks tenth only because this article gives 30% of the score to ATAS connectivity. A trader who is happy to execute in TopstepX or Quantower may reasonably place Topstep much higher. A trader who wants to place orders directly from ATAS should favor an officially documented Rithmic or dxFeed route.
Complete 50K cost and rule comparison
The most useful cost number is not the first advertised fee. It is the amount you pay to reach and activate the funded stage, assuming you pass without a reset.

**Minimum path excludes tax, optional software, extra data, resets and subsequent monthly renewals. It assumes a first-attempt pass. Apex uses the displayed legacy promotion because that is the clearest current Rithmic/ATAS benchmark; checkout can show a different product or activation fee.
ATAS connection types explained
Direct Rithmic connection
Rithmic credentials can be entered in ATAS when the prop firm and the correct server are supported. This is the strongest route for order-flow traders because ATAS currently makes its MBO DOM functionality available through Rithmic. Always select the exact server named by the firm and do not run multiple conflicting Rithmic sessions.
Direct dxFeed Prop connection
ATAS also supports prop accounts through dxFeed where the firm provides the required credentials and server. MyFundedFutures and The Trading Pit publish direct instructions. The current limitation is that ATAS MBO DOM is not yet available through dxFeed.
NinjaTrader bridge
ATAS can connect through a running NinjaTrader installation, but this is a bridge rather than a clean native prop login. ATAS notes that tick direction is inferred in this setup and may be inaccurate. For serious order-flow work, a separately licensed native ATAS data feed may therefore be preferable.
Analysis-only setup
When a firm has no documented ATAS route, use ATAS for charting and order-flow analysis with your own data connection, then execute in the firm's supported platform. This creates two separate environments, so verify symbol mapping, price feed differences and risk controls before trading.
1. Apex Trader Funding — Best overall for ATAS

Best for: ATAS traders who want Rithmic, MBO data and a low promotional entry price.
Apex combines one of the clearest official ATAS/Rithmic setup paths with aggressive promotional pricing and flexible evaluation rules. The current EOD evaluation line uses a $3,000 target and $2,000 end-of-day drawdown on a 50K account, with no evaluation consistency rule. Legacy Rithmic products may use a $2,500 intraday trailing threshold instead.
The catch appears after passing. Performance Account rules, payout qualification, scaling and daily loss controls make the funded stage materially harder than the evaluation headline suggests. Apex is therefore our best price-to-performance choice, not the easiest payout program.
Cost basis: The currently displayed legacy 50K Rithmic benchmark is $197 per month at list price and has been shown at $19.70 during promotions. Depending on product generation, the one-time Performance Account fee has been shown around $125 to $140. Verify the exact checkout combination.
Pros:
- Official ATAS/Rithmic instructions and access to ATAS MBO DOM through Rithmic
- No evaluation daily loss limit on the legacy Full account; newer EOD rules are also relatively clear
- Very strong community footprint and frequent discounts
- Multiple account and scaling options
Cons:
- Product generations, promotions and PA fees can be confusing
- Funded-stage payout and risk rules require more care than the evaluation
- Promotional pricing can encourage unnecessary account churn
Recommendation: Best overall for an experienced ATAS futures trader who reads the funded rules before buying.
2. MyFundedFutures — Best no-activation ATAS alternative

Best for: Traders who want a direct ATAS dxFeed login and a one-time evaluation model.
MyFundedFutures publishes a direct ATAS login guide for its dxFeed Prop connection. Its current plans emphasize one-time payments and zero activation fees. The Rapid route offers frequent payouts and simpler funded rules, while other plans trade lower entry prices for different consistency and payout conditions.
The main ATAS limitation is data depth: dxFeed is directly usable, but MBO DOM is currently a Rithmic-only ATAS feature.
Cost basis: Current promotions have shown plans from roughly $63, with $0 activation. The actual 50K checkout price varies by Builder, Rapid and other plan versions.
Pros:
- Official direct ATAS/dxFeed instructions
- No activation fee on current one-time-payment plans
- Competitive evaluation structure and strong platform selection
- Large company-reported user community
Cons:
- No current ATAS MBO DOM through dxFeed
- Rules and payout conditions differ significantly by plan
- Promotional pricing changes frequently
Recommendation: The strongest alternative to Apex when funded-stage cost simplicity matters more than MBO.
3. OneUp Trader — Best simple Rithmic cost structure

Best for: Rithmic users who prefer no activation or recurring funded-account fee.
OneUp officially lists ATAS among its supported platforms and provides a direct connection guide. The 50K account offers a $3,000 target, $2,500 trailing drawdown and no daily loss limit. The standard evaluation requires ten trading days, while an Express option can shorten the path.
OneUp is less visible than Apex or Topstep, but its cost structure is unusually clean: a $75 monthly 50K evaluation and no activation fee after passing.
Pros:
- Official ATAS and Rithmic support
- No funded-account activation fee
- No daily loss limit in the evaluation
- First $10,000 of eligible rewards advertised at 100%, then 90%
Cons:
- Ten-day standard minimum slows the pass
- Consistency formula requires attention
- Smaller public community footprint than the market leaders
Recommendation: Excellent for patient ATAS traders who want predictable costs and a generous drawdown.
4. Earn2Trade — Best transparency and education

Best for: Traders who want an official ATAS/Rithmic path, education and a serious route toward live funding.
Earn2Trade is one of the most transparent firms about challenge difficulty. Its published 2025 data reported an 8.89% evaluation pass rate. That is not directly comparable with every competitor's marketing figures, but it is a useful reminder that a rules-based evaluation is not easy.
The Gauntlet Mini 50K has a $3,000 target, $2,000 EOD drawdown, $1,100 daily loss limit and 30% consistency rule. ATAS connectivity is officially documented through Rithmic.
Cost basis: $170 per month for the 50K Gauntlet Mini. A $139 activation amount is deducted from the first withdrawal rather than charged before trading the funded account.
Pros:
- Official ATAS/Rithmic guide
- Strong educational resources and transparent statistics
- Clear live-account focus through funding partners
- No recurring funded subscription fee
Cons:
- Expensive evaluation relative to discount-led competitors
- Daily loss and consistency rules make the challenge harder
- First-withdrawal deduction increases total economic cost
Recommendation: Best for disciplined traders who value transparency more than the cheapest entry.
5. The Trading Pit Futures — Best second direct-feed choice

Best for: International ATAS users who want an official Rithmic or dxFeed Prop route.
The Trading Pit publishes ATAS instructions for both Rithmic and dxFeed Prop accounts. That gives traders a real choice between Rithmic MBO functionality and the dxFeed route. The program also permits news trading and uses end-of-day drawdown on its Futures Prime structure.
Its evaluation and funded rules are less forgiving than the top three. A 40% consistency condition, activation cost and payout qualification days create more friction.
Cost basis: A representative 50K Prime program has been listed at $189 plus a $129 activation fee, for a $318 first-pass path before optional extras.
Pros:
- Official ATAS instructions for two data routes
- International availability and established European corporate structure
- News trading and EOD drawdown
- Clear affiliate program for later site monetization
Cons:
- Higher complete cost than many current one-time programs
- Consistency and payout-day requirements
- Maximum active earning accounts and payout caps may be restrictive
Recommendation: Strong direct-ATAS option when Rithmic/dxFeed flexibility matters.
6. Tradeify — Best low-cost Rithmic candidate

Best for: Traders who want one-time pricing and are willing to confirm ATAS credentials before checkout.
Tradeify offers Rithmic, Tradovate and WealthCharts routes. Rithmic is technically suitable for ATAS, but we did not find a current firm-published ATAS login guide. Obtain written confirmation of the server and third-party platform permission before purchasing specifically for ATAS.
The Growth and Select 50K evaluations have recently been priced around $97 and $111, with no activation fee. Select uses a 40% consistency threshold; rules differ across Growth, Select and instant-funded offers.
Pros:
- Competitive one-time evaluation cost
- No activation fee on current evaluation routes
- Rithmic option and route toward live status after approved payouts
- Large company-reported trader community
Cons:
- ATAS is not clearly documented on the current supported-platform page
- Many product routes make rule comparison harder
- Consistency and payout rules vary by account type
Recommendation: Attractive value, but confirm the exact Rithmic/ATAS setup in writing first.
7. Take Profit Trader — Best payout flexibility after passing

Best for: Traders who value day-one withdrawals and simple PRO rules more than a cheap evaluation.
Take Profit Trader offers Rithmic and CQG/Tradovate routes and advertises more than 15 platforms. Because the current public platform list does not provide an ATAS-specific guide, confirm the Rithmic server and third-party platform permission before purchase.
New tests can be completed in three trading days. The PRO stage is simulated, offers an 80/20 split, no scaling plan, no consistency rule and day-one withdrawals above the buffer. PRO+ is the possible live stage with a 90/10 split.
Cost basis: The 50K test is $170 per month and PRO activation is $130 one time, producing a $300 first-pass cost.
Pros:
- Rithmic available and broad platform ecosystem
- Three-day evaluation minimum
- Day-one PRO payouts above the buffer
- No consistency rule or scaling plan in PRO
Cons:
- $300 first-pass cost is relatively high
- Direct ATAS setup is not currently documented by the firm
- Trailing drawdown still requires careful intraday risk control
Recommendation: A payout-focused choice if support confirms your ATAS connection before you subscribe.
8. TradeDay — Best published pass-rate context

Best for: Traders who accept separate ATAS analysis and want no activation fee plus day-one funded payouts.
TradeDay publishes both its rules and a company-reported pass-rate statistic. Its site reported a 36% pass rate for the first half of 2026. The 50K Quick Pay evaluation uses a $3,000 target, $2,000 trailing drawdown, 30% consistency and five trading days. The funded simulation removes consistency, milestones and payout buffer.
We did not find an official ATAS connection guide. Until TradeDay confirms otherwise, treat ATAS as a separate analysis platform and place orders in the supported execution environment.
Pros:
- No activation fee
- Day-one funded payouts with no buffer on Quick Pay
- Published pass-rate and payout information
- Credible path from funded simulation toward live trading
Cons:
- No verified direct ATAS connection in this review
- Intraday trailing drawdown on the funded Quick Pay route
- 50/50 split below the first $4,000 net profit is less attractive
Recommendation: Good rules and transparency, but only mid-table for an ATAS-first workflow.
9. Alpha Futures — Strong program, weak native ATAS fit

Best for: Traders who want a large modern platform ecosystem and can keep ATAS separate.
Alpha Futures offers several distinct rule sets. Zero can be passed in one day without evaluation consistency, while Advanced costs more but removes some funded-stage restrictions. Current supported platforms include AlphaTrader, WealthCharts, Deepchart and Quantower/dxFeed; ATAS is not listed as a native option.
The easy evaluation headline must be balanced against funded consistency. A 40% condition on some qualified accounts can punish a single outsized winning day.
Pros:
- $0 activation across current plans
- Multiple rule profiles for different trading styles
- Large company-reported reach and payout footprint
- dxFeed-based platforms and modern dashboard ecosystem
Cons:
- No native ATAS platform listed
- Funded consistency can be harder than the evaluation
- Plan selection is complex and monthly fees continue until passing
Recommendation: Good general futures firm; use a separate ATAS data connection for analysis.
10. Topstep — Best-established firm, but not a native ATAS choice

Best for: Traders prioritizing maturity, education and a live-funding path over direct ATAS execution.
Topstep has one of the deepest futures-trader communities and a well-defined progression from Trading Combine to Express Funded and potentially Live Funded status. Its current ecosystem centers on TopstepX, with Quantower access through TopstepX credentials. We did not find an official ATAS connection route.
The 50K Standard path is $49 per month plus $149 after passing. A $95 monthly alternative removes the activation fee. Topstep's maturity is a major strength, but an ATAS trader should expect to analyze separately or use a supported platform for execution.
Pros:
- Very large community and long operating history
- Mature education, support and live progression
- 90% reward split and structured payout system
- Choice between low monthly fee or no-activation pricing
Cons:
- No official native ATAS connection
- Standard path adds a $149 activation fee
- Recurring billing means slow passes become more expensive
Recommendation: One of the best general firms, but not one of the best direct ATAS connections.
11. FundedNext Futures — Best low promotional price among newer programs

Best for: Price-sensitive traders comfortable executing through Tradovate, TradingView or NinjaTrader.
FundedNext Futures currently offers Flex, Legacy and Rapid models with one-time fees and no separate activation cost. A 50K Flex price has been shown at $69.99 during promotion, against a $133.99 list price.
ATAS is not a native listed platform. A NinjaTrader bridge may be technically possible, but it is less clean for order-flow data and should not be assumed to transmit orders to the prop account without written confirmation. The firm's broader brand is large, but its futures-specific program is newer than Topstep, Apex or Earn2Trade.
Pros:
- Low promotional one-time fee
- No separate activation cost on current futures models
- Multiple evaluation paths and up to 90% reward share
- Formal partner and referral programs
Cons:
- No native ATAS listing
- Futures-specific track record is newer than the brand-wide community suggests
- Rule differences among Flex, Legacy and Rapid require close comparison
Recommendation: Competitive on price, but not a direct ATAS-first choice.
12. UProfit — Straightforward funded cost, limited ATAS fit

Best for: Short evaluation timelines and zero activation cost outside a native ATAS workflow.
UProfit's current Day programs can be passed in two days and charge no activation fee. The 50K Day Soft plan has been shown at $78 per month during promotion and Day Flex at $88. The funded payout split is 90%, with a stated maximum of $4,500 per payout and $24,000 per account.
Its public platform messaging centers on TradingView, Tradovate and its own ecosystem. No official ATAS guide was found, so the ranking assumes separate analysis and execution.
Pros:
- No activation fee
- Two-day minimum to pass
- 90% reward split and fast payout processing claim
- Operating since 2019
Cons:
- No verified direct ATAS route
- Monthly evaluation billing
- Daily loss and consistency constraints depend on Soft/Flex choice
Recommendation: Reasonable general offer, but weaker for a direct ATAS setup.
13. The5ers Futures — Promising but not yet an ATAS leader

Best for: Traders seeking a low-cost small-account entry and overnight/news flexibility.
The5ers is an established prop brand, but this article evaluates only its futures offering—not its CFD programs. The currently visible 25K Summer plan costs $59 one time, has no activation fee and refunds the fee after the third payout. It permits news and overnight holding and offers a scaling path.
This benchmark is not like-for-like with the 50K accounts above. It also carries a 6% target, 4% EOD loss limit and 40% consistency per position. No official ATAS connection guide was found during this review.
Pros:
- Low one-time entry cost and no activation fee
- News and overnight holding allowed
- Fee refund after the third payout
- Established parent brand and scaling concept
Cons:
- 25K price cannot be compared directly with 50K plans
- Futures program is newer
- No verified direct ATAS route
- Consistency-per-position rule needs careful interpretation
Recommendation: Watchlist candidate, not yet a top ATAS recommendation.
Which prop firm should you choose?
- Best overall price/performance for ATAS: Apex Trader Funding — official Rithmic instructions, MBO route and aggressive discounts
- Direct ATAS with no activation fee: MyFundedFutures — official dxFeed Prop login and current $0 activation model
- Simple Rithmic costs: OneUp Trader — official ATAS support, $75 monthly 50K and no activation fee
- Transparency and education: Earn2Trade — official ATAS route, public statistics and structured live path
- Choice of Rithmic or dxFeed in ATAS: The Trading Pit — both routes are documented by ATAS
- Best payout flexibility after passing: Take Profit Trader — day-one PRO withdrawals above buffer and no funded consistency
- Largest mature general ecosystem: Topstep — strong community and live path, but execution is not native to ATAS
- Lowest small-account one-time benchmark: The5ers Futures — $59 visible 25K plan, but not comparable to 50K and no verified ATAS route
Our final verdict
Apex Trader Funding is the best overall prop-firm account for ATAS in this comparison.
It wins because the combination of official Rithmic connectivity, current ATAS MBO support, flexible evaluation rules and frequent discounts is difficult to match. However, Apex is not automatically the easiest firm from which to receive repeated payouts. MyFundedFutures has a cleaner no-activation cost model, OneUp Trader offers a simple Rithmic structure, and Earn2Trade provides better transparency around how difficult the process really is.
If direct ATAS execution is non-negotiable, keep your shortlist to firms with an official connection guide or written confirmation of the exact Rithmic/dxFeed server. If you only need ATAS for analysis, Topstep, TradeDay, Alpha Futures and FundedNext become more competitive.

FAQ
Can I trade every prop-firm account directly in ATAS?
No. Direct access depends on the firm's data provider, server permissions and platform policy. Apex, MyFundedFutures, OneUp Trader, Earn2Trade and The Trading Pit have the clearest documented ATAS paths in this comparison. For every other firm, ask support for written confirmation before purchasing.
Which prop firm is best for ATAS MBO DOM?
Choose a supported Rithmic route. ATAS currently provides MBO DOM through Rithmic, not through dxFeed Prop. Apex is our top choice; OneUp and Earn2Trade are strong alternatives.
What does a funded 50K account really cost?
It can range from roughly $63–$95 on a first-pass, no-activation promotional route to more than $300 when a monthly test and activation fee are combined. Resets, multiple billing months, tax and optional platform/data costs can make the real total much higher.
Which evaluation is easiest to pass?
No evaluation is objectively easy because market performance is the main variable. On rules alone, one-day routes without an evaluation consistency rule look easiest. In practice, tight drawdown, funded consistency and payout rules may simply move the difficulty to the next stage.
Which firm is used most by the community?
Apex and Topstep have the strongest overall community footprint in this group. MyFundedFutures, Alpha Futures, Tradeify and Take Profit Trader also report large communities. These are not audited market-share figures, and brand-wide numbers should not be treated as the number of active funded futures traders.
Are the funded accounts live accounts?
Usually not at first. Many firms begin with a simulated funded or performance account that pays real monetary rewards. A smaller group of consistent traders may later be moved to a live exchange account. Check the exact stage definitions in the provider agreement.
Do these firms offer affiliate programs?
Most do. Official programs were found for Apex, Take Profit Trader, OneUp Trader, TradeDay, Earn2Trade, Alpha Futures, Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, FundedNext, The Trading Pit and The5ers. We did not confirm a current public application page for Topstep or UProfit during this review. Affiliate availability and commission rates can change.
